Auxiliary Throwing Day Warm-Up April 2019

I wrote this warm-up to emphasize explosive lateral movement, shoulder mobility, and core stability for my own training in April of 2019. My javelin throwing was getting gradually more intense and ball day (auxiliary throwing day) was my opportunity to go back to basics and be sure my body was moving correctly, hence it needed to be warmed up well.

Considering time of year, I would encourage anyone to purchase this warm-up as a specific strength journey during their off-season! There are many exercises in it that I consider javelin specific strength.
