Warm-Up for Javelin Throwing February 2019

I did this warm-up in my own training during February of 2019. It prepared me for a high-volume technical day of javelin throwing with a few overweight implement throws and mostly competition weight repetitions at a walking pace. With focus on general movement, shoulder mobility, and rotational strength, these exercises and their sequencing address my specific needs (listed in “goals” at the top of the first page). You could use this warm-up sequence for general fitness, too! Feedback welcome.
